KERIAKO TOBIKO; WHAT COULD BE WRONG

Amidst the reality televison that has been airing on Kenyan television in a bid to have positions of the Chief Justice, his deputy and the Director of Public Prosecution, that is admittedly better than Big Brother, amplified or whatever they must call it, few things escape me Keriako's nomination though does not.
Keriako's nomination though for a time subdued from the wider debate of whether indeed Dr. Willy Mutunga and his worthy deputy Nancy Baraza are gay or not has come to the for now. The nomination and grilling process of Mr. Tobiko by CIOC raises a few eyebrows. First whereas i think it was good idea to have the public present memorand on their reservations against particular candidates I think it is important to select the wheat for chaff.
Of the individuals who presented memoranda against Tobiko two stood out as having underhand motives or keeping their cards to close to their chest. One Mr. Murgor's submission against Tobiko is all the while queer. While Murgor being the Tobiko's predecessor for the afforementioned office deserves the right to present his case, me thinks that a woman who gets shoved from her matrimonial home is not supposed to treat her replacement with hugs and kisses. Murgor's dismissal whether cermonious or not, no doubt left a bitter after taste in his mouth. His job assesment of the DPP's office potrayed a deafitist attitude and lack of resourcefulness.
The former P.S of the Local Government ministry was somewhat shambolic with his unqualified acquisitions. That a theif a thief can be allowed to testify against a theif who tried to steal from him is very unholy in itself. Proffesor Ghai's submision against Tobiko is all the while justified but ruling out peer jealousy is not all the while wild.
